The early MVP was scattered and complex. It lacked a clear user flow & cohesion, the interface was unintuitive & the overall experience made it difficult for users to understand the core value of the product.

Fyler was originally positioned as a tool for in-house securities and corporate counsel to eliminate the need for external vendors A.K.A printers, who charged heavily and posed a risk of exposing non-public information.

Public companies, it turned out, weren’t the actual early adopters.

The agents we set out to replace turned out to be our primary users, burdened by seasonal workloads, they needed a faster, more reliable way to file.

We kept the core product intact but refined the design and messaging to meet their needs.
